Whatever happened to good, old fashion, customer service; You know, the good old days when a business deal was made with a hand shake and a person's word was their bond? Then, you pulled in to a service station for gas and got service. It has become a one size fits all world of business. Gone are the days of personal services that are catered to your needs. It's now general service, "this is what we have take it or leave it." A few places let you "have it your way" then grumble because you want to be different. Customer service has gotten so bad that one local company advertises "Call us, we'll actually call you back"

In 1996 that all changed, we started doing business and did it like it should be done; meeting the needs of our customer one at a time. We transport patients not freight. We not only treat the patient as a customer we treat everyone involved with that patient as a customer; from the person who called, to the person who the patient is transported to.

When you have a need or concern We are there to see that it is addressed immediately. No voice mail tag or the standard, "leave a message and we'll get back to you in 48 hours." We believe that one unsatisfied customer is one too many. Over the last 14 years we have kept our word and our promise of "Comfort, Caring, Just Like Family." If you have a concern that has not been brought to us I encourage you to do so. If you have a special need we will do our best to meet it, we believe in being old fashioned and treating people right because, it's the right thing to do.
